Overview

Open Farms is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting wellness, inclusion, and sustainability through agriculture and education. Our seasonal products are grown and created with care, and availability is limited based on weather, harvest cycles, and volunteer capacity.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and the limited quantities available each growing season, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [insert contact email or phone number]. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement (if available) or a comparable item. Because of our small-scale, seasonal operation, replacements are not guaranteed.

Perishable and Handmade Goods

All perishable items (including produce, baked goods, flowers, and other seasonal farm products) are non-returnable. Likewise, handmade or custom items such as crafts, preserves, or specialty goods are sold “as-is” and cannot be exchanged.

Donations and Event Purchases

Donations, event tickets, and sponsorships are non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your support, which helps sustain our mission to connect people, animals, and the land for healing and growth.
